I have worked in Research Innovation Services since 2006 and have a diverse portfolio of expertise and experience in research support. I have supported the University’s returns to the last three Research Assessments (RAE 2008, REF 2014 and REF 2021), providing specialist advice and guidance on REF process and procedures, as well as information system management and conducting data analysis to support strategic decisions around our submissions. I am also responsible for coordinating the work to support the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers.
